
I love writing! Here is one of my first jingles (circa 5th grade):
Bob Hope
Always Used Scope
He’ll Have Good Breath
Until His Death
Witty, no?
Armed with my AP Stylebook, the online dictionary and thesaurus, I dive into writing with a passion. The problem I have is writing for a government agency. The target audience is so vast and, in some cases, easily offended and in most cases are voters which then leads to the elected officials which then leads to my bosses. So here are some things I have done in a haphazard order.
It has not been officially announced yet, but the communications plan for the North Main Street Improvement Project won the VML (Virginia Municipal League) award for Communication.
